• A lot of nerds grow up to become millionaires.

• Being there for others will not only help them but expand your sense of self worth tenfold as well.

• Decide what's important for you in a relationship, and don't settle anything less.

• The way you eat today will affect how you look and feel tomorrow.

• Be grateful for each new day.

• The older you get, the smarter your mom and dad become.

• Give more than you take- it will always come back to you.
