batt low.

Had a session of personal training in the gym,
the instructor said, ' ur body is weak, stamina also not very good...'
Some more he still insulted my flabby arms and big thighs- 'like guys lar, isit inherited?'

*heart broken into pieces...
However, overall he's kinda nice la, just wanted to joke around for more a more relaxed atmosphere, BUT unfortunately, by putting me as the joke. =S
It's around an hour, 'One more set~ yes, okay I'll increase the weight...'
This is the first time I exercised my hands so much. now muscle pain ord. SIEN.

Whereas wanyen got a kinda good-lookin trainer who's SIAO kia.
he talked nonsense and was even CHAM than mine.
he kept bullying wanyen, saying her hair is SO DRY,
and she's lazy and FAT (sensitive word AH)....stuffs like dat.
=_= again.
so wanyen din't really do much, can curi tulang a lot.

Had the body evaluation thing for the second time today,
I GAINED WEIGHT, by 0.4 kg! WTH.
but then, I can just lose 3.7 kg which is a big improvement from las time, (6.7kg)
I din't really understand how it's calculated,
but then I'm told that my muscle mass has increased, hence fat mass decreased,
in conclusion, I'll ve less fats now than before.
COOL huh? still.
BUt, i don't see any change in my body size, still so gigantic. HAI

I want a black long pants so desperately!
Here comes another disadvantage for short ppl,
all those Puma/ Adidas pants I liked are SO LONG n luk ugly on me,
short legs, big thigh (let me think of chic thigh, i love Nando's! -too, wendyHAHA)

ok, I feel like pulling my blanket n hide inside it and... HEHE.
