19th bday

A birthday post
23.5.89 A girl was born, in Miri, Sarawak, then after a few months, she was brought to Brunei, where she has been spending her first 17 years there.

Since I started school, 23/5 has been an exam day, horrible=(
I never got to celebrate my bday on 23/5 with my friends. Evyone are busy with exams exams and exams.
However, I still get a bday cake from my family every year (if not mistaken).
So it's actually not that worth-to-be-complained.
BUT, this year, my first bday with no exams!btw, wanyen is so damn pretty!

OKAY, ppl who were here for miai celeb. =D

Leeyanyee, she organized a surprise bday party for me in highskul, my first ever.
Wongyiiwen, together with yanyee, they never failed to put effort in planning a bday party for their friends, so sweet of'em rite?
Cailihua, celebrated my bday with me for twice. She never wana hug me. WHY? haha.
Mokwanyen, suprisingly, we just realised that we have never actually celebrated our bday with each other in the past few years (despite being childhood friends), sadly.
Wendy & housemates & Voon, a new member for my bday celebration, since I gotta know them oni this year=)
Fongyiqian, been spendin my bday with her since last year, cos we have only re-met each other last year after separating since primary three. She has been the first to gimme a bday present consecutively for two years. Thanks hun.


These generous friends of mine actually planned to 'tipu' me to KL for a surprise bday celebration.
however, they failed cos...

The story:-
Yiiwen+ Wanyen kept urging me to buy my laptop on Friday, but then what's on my mind was - 'No way, i aint gona spend the whole day on my bday choosing a laptop, bargaining with the sales man, rite?'
hence, I rejected them.
But then, it was gona turn out really great if I agreed to go and buy my laptop.
I ruined it all by myself. =(

BUT (frens, pls tolerate me, they ve fed up cos of my 'BUTs')

IT TURNED OUT TO BE AWESOME! (still)
I mean, just having them around with me for my bday,
no matter wher it is,
or if ther'r any presents or blahhh...
it's just the matter of their sincerity in celebrating it with u.
~bday songs, cream on the face, blowing candles... it's all bday is about.
Glad to have u all with me=D

So, we had our dinner at BBQ Plaza,
I knew they r gona gimme a treat,
trying to choose a restaurant with a more reasonable price,
we ended up in BBQ Plaza, in which I was still gona burn a hole in their pocket.
cos we ordered quite a lot.
the bill was long enough to make them buy maybe one or two shirts less for themselves.
HAHAs.

Thanks for all the greetings, although it has been 19 times (of bday), it still feels 'warm' to get greetings from friends+ family. Imagine, a birthday without greetings, it'd be totally different.

I M TOUCHED, thanks to u all, about 70+ of u, UniSA CMM Year one coursemates/ friends, for singing d bday song for me (like a big big choir). It sounds GREAT!!!!!

Jiani and Pao called from Aussie!!!!!!! And Kent called me at 12 on 23/5.

After dinner in BBQ Plaza, eqian's Mr. Green car managed to squeeze seven of us, driving along the way to SS15.
I wanted to go to a beach, at first suggested Port Dickson,
but it's dangerous to go there at night, all girls,
hence, we went to somewher-like-a-beach.
SWIMMING POOL! haha, at My Place Apartment,
sounds stupid huh,
BUT.
it's FUN! the environment fits for some chit chats,
sitting in a circle beside the pool.
having some laughters/ fun/ doing some embarrassing stuffs!

After being shoo-ed by the guards in My Place,
we decided to stay overnight in SS15.
Being REALLY REALLY good friends,
c how strong the bond of our friendship is,
have u ever tried this?
